1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchases made from Garnet Pearl. By using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and Availability

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, products may occasionally be unavailable or discontinued, and we reserve the right to amend information without notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched or collected.  Orders placed in store must be paid for at time of ordering.

4. Bra Fitting Service

Our professional bra fitting service is intended to provide guidance and recommendations based on         individual fittings and preferences. Fitting advice does not constitute medical advice or diagnosis.

5. Returns and Exchanges

At Garnet Pearl, we want you to be delighted with your purchase.  If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 14 days of purchase for a refund, exchange or credit note.  

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:

• Briefs and hosiery
• Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or are not in their original condition
• Products without original tags attached

Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase in accordance with the terms above, with proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or gift receipt) and in accordance with applicable consumer laws. 

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.  

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Approved refunds will be made using the original payment method and processed as soon as reasonably possible.

6. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.  Gift cards must be used within 12 months of issue.

7. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use this website unlawfully or fraudulently
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Garnet Pearl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.

9. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be    subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
